The Williams County Board of Developmental Disabilities Service and Support Administration (SSAs) work with the individual and their team to identify goals, outcomes, services, supports and opportunities for individuals.
SSAs develop individual service plans or ISP’s through a person-centered process that is guided by the individual receiving services.
Our SSAs listen and support individuals, families, caregivers, and other important people in the individual’s life. SSAs are responsible for the coordination and continuous review of all services received by the individual. You always have the right to choose an SSA that best fits your needs.
